It was 300 miles to Lady Bailey but well worth the trip from Yorkshire. We were presented with a superbly prepared caravan by Sarah who was a knowledgeable and accommodating member of the sales staff. We had an issue with our trade in caravan but after speaking to Simon the other salesperson there on the day, we quickly reached agreement on a required repair and our deal went through. Everyone at Lady Bailey was approachable and friendly and made us feel valued as customers. Buying on the Internet has potential pitfalls as we all know, but the team there made our experience a very positive one.
