This is really sad because the oils are great. It's their customer service and shipping that really sucks. I ordered oil and it took from 14 Sep til 6 Oct for them to get them here! The shipping label information the company sent to me indicated that the package had not even been sent out until 2 Oct 2021! And that was only after I had emailed several times about this package. It seems they created the label with the tracking number but didn't bother to send the package! Every time I contacted customer service they asked me to wait. Like I said the oils are great, but I would not deal with this company again
