The first time I purchased Lagunamoon Essential Oils were on Amazon, and I was pleasantly surprised. The essential oils themselves seem to be of good quality and the price was great! I decided to make a purchase from the online store (Lagunamoon.com) and placed the order on September 25, 2021. It is now November 2, 2021, and no Lagunamoon Essential Oils!
I think it would be a better business practice (at this point I feel as I have been scammed) to make a note on their website or a small pop-up message that it would take an indefinite time before a customer will receive their order and the customer can make a conscious choice if they want to wait that long (like forever?).
Another complaint (which is the main reason for writing this review) is that after writing a message to them asking where my order is (on October 27), I did not receive any message back from them; I messaged them on their “contact us” page, and I also called, but no answer.
Only offering supplies no matter how good they are is not sufficient when it comes to running a business, obviously, providing the goods on time is critical although sometimes it might take longer, but shouldn’t they then let their customers know? And more importantly, staying in contact with its customer and providing basic customer service (at the least), should be mandatory. I will not be buying from this online store again.
