This is a disreputable company using deceitful business practices. After signing up and trying some of their wine I promptly settled all business and cancelled my account. That is when the Laithewaites masquerade begins. For three years and countless hours on the phone (an in written letters sent though snail mail) I attempted to communicate and re-communicate that this account is closed. Customer service agrees on the phone and apologizes profusely for the misunderstanding; and then another case shows up along with another bill for the case. At first I thought it was just a disconnect between the operations and the finance group and a time gap resulted in the closure of the account. Don't be fooled. This deceptive business practice is their modus operandi and they have no incentive to close it. Buyer beware. This is a fraudulent company using aggressive dishonest tactics. And I really can get better wine choices everywhere else.
