Excellent quality jackets. I am very happy with the quality of the two jackets I bought recently and also the customer service received. The jacket I ordered online was safely packaged and in pristine condition. I called a leather care advice line and was given excellent help and advice on protecting my item. Staff at my local outlet were friendly and helpful. When I bought an item in a 20% off promotion, which was later reduced further in as a sale item I was given a refund for the difference (as it was within the return period). Advice was also given when asked for on care and maintenance.
