A neighbor with a long arrest record burns trash when they are doing or making drugs. Fire Department cannot do anything, police cannot do anything. No law in place to stop him from burning trash. He is a low priority for the police because he is a low level drug dealer. When he did get caught with meth and drug perephinalia, they dropped the possession charge and he pleaded guilty to the perephinalia charge. Surprised that more low level dealers don't move to Lakeland, FL due to the lax laws, it would be a safe haven for them. Too bad Grady Judd was not in charge in Lakeland.
