An order was placed on the 21st November 2024 (J5920493160) for a deluxe airer. It arrived faulty. We reported this to lakeland with an email and photos. It was then arranged with lakeland that EVRI was going to pick up the faulty item. On Friday 6th Evri didn't collect neither did they collect the faulty airer on the Saturday 7th even though we had updates by email. On Monday 9th December, I called Lakeland in Ambleside 01539 488100 and spoke to Helen who arranged the pick up of the faulty airer by FEDEX. The wrong collection label was arranged by Helen so I had to ask for a supervisor (Pat) when calling Lakeland back to sort this out once and for all. I was then promised a collection by FEDEX on Thursday 12th December and no one has come to pick the item up! Hence another call this morning to Lakeland.... Terrible service and too many call handlers getting involved with the issue. It would be better for one person to get it resolved. A new order has been arranged (40286163) and still waiting for the item to be delivered.
