I very rarely write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company and I don't want the same to happen to anyone else.
We ordered a dress which looked beautiful on the website, it took ages to arrive and went to the Post Office and then we had to collect it. As soon as we opened the box we realised that the dress was terrible quality, it looked like curtain lining, was screwed up and inside out. The dress looked nothing like the website and to top it off there were stains on the back, like someone had worn it! Within 2 days we contacted La La Mira for a return and heard nothing. I then emailed them a week later to be told that it was out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed to ask them to look at their system to see that we did contact them to arrange a return to be told again that we were out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed again to explain that I was appalled by the customer service and I had spent £115 in good faith on a dress that we are now stuck. Their reply and I quote was " keep the dress or just sell it' I know that I won't get my money back, even though I have contacted my bank to try, although I will not give up! I would just like to prevent other people from losing their hard earned money. The people that run this site should be ashamed of themselves . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
