I paid for a wedding dress and a pair of shoes, the website took the money twice, i sent them my measurements and paid the customization fee, 3 weeks after I only received the shoes, i emailed them asking for my dress and they replied saying I didn’t play for it, after I checked my bank statement I saw two different payments to them, I requested a refund or a dress and I never again hear back from them.
Also I emailed them in different occasions with questions about the order and they never replied.
Very bad customer service, I feel like they stole my money and ruined one of the most important moments of my life!
I guess it’s true you get what you paid for :(
