I ordered my daughter‘s prom dress before time I even paid expedite shipping the dress was already a week late coming from where it was. So I tried to sent it back before the 7th day expiration,explaining that the dress did not make it on time🙄, going back-and-forth with the rep on the correction of the shipping date was pointless therefore my refund wasn’t denied. I tried again to return the dress, stating that I wasn’t satisfied with it and the Customer Service rep decided that since there isn’t any inconsistency with the dress my refund was not approve but their policy states that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason you are expected a refund. So why they’re not honoring their policy 😡
