Customer service is horrible, they make all their customers ask for a “return product form” so they can decline and say no to returns. They don’t follow their returns and refund policy. Customer service says the same thing “it wasn’t our fault. The correct size was sent out” meaning they got the correct size that people order and send them out and with that they don’t have to accept. So doing their job is what won’t get you a refund. More people need to be aware of these scams. Read reviews on companies before buying so you don’t have to go through this same mistake.
