The original Order took over a month to get to being delivered and now I have been stuck sleeping on the floor for a week and a half as they took my old bed away then I discovered that the bed was delivered incomplete. I am completeley in the dark as to wether my be will be delivered as Land of Beds do not tell you when it is being delivered they rely on the manufactorers third party courier. For me this has meant that I have had to chase 2 manufactorers and 3 delivery companies ONTOP of constantly harrasing Land of beds for information. I have stressed to their customer service that the boxes are taking up my hallway and as such blocking my disabled son from taking out his power chair but this has done nothing to get them to take this seriously it seems. Just to give you an idea of the hell of their purchase/delivery chain. Buy from Land of beds > manufactorer has to arrange deliver> this goes to third party who then may or may not contact you so you contact Land of beds who say they chase it but you hear nothing so you contact the manufactorer who give conflicting statements then pass you off to courier. Courier tells you that they are an hour away and then never shows so you have to repeat the process from the top to let Land opf Beds know its still not here. almost 15 calls later I still have no bed just a matress on the floor.
