Terrible Service! Ordered an item from Langley models and unfortunately I was sent the incorrect item. I tried to resolve by e-mail and after a couple of exchanges I was asked to provide photographic proof of the incorrect item (I guess they didn't believe me). Photos were sent, not response. I rang to speak to 'Ian' who began to raise his voice on the call. I politely asked him to refrain from speaking to me in such a manner and he simply hung-up the phone call! I have subsequently been forced to engage my bank to recover the cost of the item on my behalf. Will never deal with this retailer again.
