Claudia is a very supportive and friendly teacher. She encourages us well and helps us when we're struggling but pushes us too to improve and cracks the whip when needed. The classes are fun but full of new learning with easy to follow exercises which Claudia emails to us after the class and which I print off for revision. I find this a very useful, bitesized way of learning and revising. There's a really fair balance between improving our reading skills our speaking and listening skills too plus the added bonus of learning about Italian culture. I'm thoroughly enjoying the classes although I know they'll continue to get harder! Kate
