TERRIBLE SERVICE
As a previous customer I thought I would return and ask them to do a kitchen design for my new home. I had an intro call with Vic and made it clear I needed to get a design completed in about a week. I gave some ideas, paid the design fee and waited with excitement to see what a professional designer would come up with. Unfortunately it just took so long, I waited 2 weeks and then this first design I got was no better than I could do myself, I asked her to have another attempt and suggested some changes. Again, I had to constantly chase otherwise it was radio silence and by now, almost 3 weeks had passed. Whilst the second design was slightly more inspiring it still lacked any wow factor but I asked for it to be costed. Again, I waited and waited and chased again and eventually after another 2 weeks I got another apology and a costing. By now I had given up as I couldn't spend £20K with a company that just didn't keep its promises so I asked for my design fee to be returned and was told that they wouldn't return it by Elly. I explained why that wasn't reasonable and asked her to escalate this, of course what happens next... more radio silence! Having had more apologies for poor service from Larks and Larks that I could count, how could they take this position. In the end when you plan to spend £000's on a new kitchen you need to trust a supplier and I am afraid Larks and Larks simply failed.
