So I was looking for new kitchen cabinet doors for my kitchen and I came across Lark & Larks. I checked reviews online and compared with other companies and after all it seemed like a genuine company so I went ahead and ordered a sample door for £15 and some free swatches of the finish and colour that I wanted. Delivery was not as long as I expected, this is because they sent me a sample door that they had available instore and not the one I paid for. I contacted them many times via email, as nobody was answering calls, and the first email stated they did not send me the sample door that I wanted as they did not have the colour and finish available and to place the free swatches against the door to compare. I replied saying that I need to see how the whole door actually looks with the colour and finish that I requested and that is what I paid for. Then I receive an email from somebody else saying that it is my fault and I should have contacted them before placing an order and they have sent the sample door that I ordered. (Maybe it is the company's duty to contact the customer to explain that they do not have the sample door that I ordered and if I am okay to be sent an alternative one)... maybe I'm wrong. Anyways, they kept blaming me and refused to give me a refund so I decided to speak with the manager. I was told the manager would deal with the situation next working day, who I never heard of after this email. So a company who cannot even get you a correct sample door would you risk it to make a big order? NO! I went to a different company, Homestyle Kitchens. Got my sample doors quick, fast email responses, got a nice discount which worked out the total of the doors much much cheaper than Lark & Larks, easy to order and in less than a month delivery was at my door. And I must say their delivery was on the day that they stated on order day, no delays even though Covid-19 situation. Now I have a lovely looking kitchen and I am glad I did not order from Lark & Larks Ltd. YOU WERE WARNED!
