I find this Fahrradrucksack very practical and the quality vs price ratio very good. It attaches to the luggage rack easily and firmly. However, used as a backpack, the shoulder strap carabiners make a squeaky noise when I walk, which is a bit annoying. I haven't tried greasing the pivot though, although I'm not sure it is recommended.
