I had 2 packages that said delivered but it didn't say my address it just said delivered to my town.
So i called them,2 times and the delivery person was supposed to go get my package back, but that didn't happen. They sent an email saying they delivered it and that was that, no helo at all!!! I hope the company (Norstroms) stops using them.
They even described a totally different house!
Not happy!!
