Why Amazon continuously uses Lasership for delivering packages is beyond me. I know I'm not the only person that has had multiple mishaps with this carrier. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had to get an item either refunded or resent because they A) Claim they delivered a package they never did or B) They deliver the package incognito so by the time I realize they delivered it, my package was stolen. Why would you work as a delivery person in NYC if you don't like delivering packages? I mean I understand that it can be a hassle delivering packages to a building with multiple floors. But my building has an elevator and at the very least, BUZZ the apartment to let me know you came so I can run to the lobby and get my stuff. Before it gets stolen... like the signs in the lobby warn all carriers. And their customer service is so useless there is no point in inquiring with them. I just call Amazon customer service and they always help out. Miraculously, I don't experience this with any other carrier except Lasership. They are horrible.
