This is about the fifth or sixth time I have had an issue with LaserShip. This company is the absolute worst. I order regularly from Nespresso, and why they continue to use this company is beyond me. They are just horrible! They have delivered packages to my address numerous times, twice, I believe they were outright stolen by employees. My package would say it was delivered, yet as every other reviewer has said, it’s not at my door. Shocker! My latest delivery, again they have delivered to my address before without issue, yet this time they needed me to verify my address, which I did. You found it before idiots, now you can’t find it??? Four days later, guess what? Still no package again shocker! This company needs to be put out of business.
