Not only did LaserShip claim it “delivered” my fashion nova package yesterday at 3:58pm, it also claims the package was “left with person” and then FAKE SIGNED A SIGNATURE on the delivery confirmation!!!!!! Yet, our ring camera/video surveillance shows that NO ONE was home, and NO ONE from LaserShip or anywhere even attempted to deliver anything, and certainly nothing was “left with person”. Indeed, there is NO activity or Motion on the ring camera for hours before and hours after the claimed 3:58pm delivery. LaserShip said it would investigate yet wouldn’t take my video proof. 3 mins later it sent an email saying it completed its investigation and there was nothing it would do. Told me to contact the seller. What investigation did you possibly do in 3 minutes???? Without the video proof. Without a signature check. Nothing. Then, Fashion nova told me there was nothing it would do since the package is marked as delivered. Fashion nova told me to contact laser ship. Sellers need to hold their delivery carriers accountable, and this company needs to have a class action lawsuit filed against it and the carriers who continue to use them.
