I just had this same problem with this horrible service. They say they attempted delivery which is not true because I've been sitting here looking out since this morning and NO one has been at this building. Have you sitting all day waiting for your package cause they say it's out for delivery then several hours later they talking about "Delivery Attempt". That's a LIE. I can see if someone was to come to the door. They Don't ring your doorbell so this is why I sit and watch out. This is the worse delivery service ever, not reliable.
