A package was delivered on the porch around 9:00 at night. The driver put the package at the front of the porch where it wasn't protected from the rain and the contents were destroyed. We contacted the company and all they were concerned about is the package was delivered. They didn't care that the driver had put it where it could get wet. Other companies that we've had deliver boxes will put it up towards the door where the overhang were protected from getting wet or they'll put it in a plastic bag.. The worst part of this is how the company reacts to it. They do not care that your package was ruined. I encourage other companies not to use this company to deliver your products because of the poor delivery service and the way they take care of the end user.
