I don’t know why anyone still uses this company. If I could give them no stars, I would! The Gap uses them, & I don’t know why they would put their customers trust in this HORRIBLE company. They must be cheap. They have this shady way on contact customer service, which doesn’t allow customers to speak to a live agent. They delivered my package to the WRONG address, in the rain, when we have lockers specifically for delivery persons to leave packages in. Where’s the accountability? Thanks for delivering my grandson’s birthday clothes to someone else to wear! My address is 6440, but it was left at 6460… ridiculous!
