They drop packages on the stairs outside in my Brooklyn apartment and things get stolen. Worst service ever! Beware they’ve changed their name to OnTrac to escape their BAD REVIEWS no doubt!
They suck!!! Meanwhile I received an email that says pending, not yet received, and in the same email they have the expected delivery date as yesterday. Which is it OnTrac…or Lasership? Whatever their called they’ll never escape their 1 star ratings out of thousands of angry customers!
