Most companies I shop with online now use lasership/OnTrac & I usually only receive about half of my packages. They get lost in the warehouse for 1-2 weeks, then I’ll get an email saying my package was delivered when it wasn’t. They don’t take photos of proof either, so who knows where all the merchandise is ending up. I’ve had their carriers throw my packages in mud puddles in my yard, and sometimes when they do actually get delivered, the packages reek of marajuana. Getting customer service to respond is useless. You can only email, and then they take weeks to respond and just say, “your package says delivered”, even after you specify that it says delivered but you haven’t actually received your package. It is to the point now that I’ve stopped ordering online from most of my favorite retailers because they use lasershipping & it is such a hassle with awful, unreliable service. They have also delivered other people’s packages to my house on numerous occasions. I’ve had to deliver them to the proper address myself (in other zip codes) because there is no customer service to contact to come pick up those packages. I can’t understand why companies are still using them.
