I would give LaserShip a big fat Zero if I could! They are the worst kind of thieves who claim to deliver your package and put through bogus delivery information stating your package has been delivered when in fact it hasn't. There is no way to get through to them and when I click the link stating I have a delivery issue it says, "Please wait 72 hours after your order has been delivered before submitting a claim to ensure there wasn't a delivery issue." Well, duh, there has been a delivery issue and having to wait 72 hours or 3 days just makes it harder to solve the problem. I don't understand why companies use this shipper. My experience is the same as many other people who's reviews I read and it is incredulous they are still in business. What an abysmal company!
