My lady several orders were a mess. Either delivered between 10 pm or midnight which left them unattended on my doorstep overnight, then more recently the package arrives at the hub ((Smyrna, GA) and just sits there for days or gets loaded on truck for delivery but does not show up for several days. The online support is a joke, each time leading back to Win where you get the same bot who was unable to assist the first time. Tickets laced do not get a response either.
