This delivery service is the absolute worst. I have had many packages missing and reported them and they always report back after a few days with, sorry it was delivered. Another issue is whoever “delivers” the packages leaves them down the road at my actual mailbox, laying in the dirt vs delivering to my house. Easy for someone to grab as the walk/drive by. I have complained, taken pictures etc, they still do it.
