Negative stars. On 12/04 My package was supposedly loaded onto three different trucks for delivery on 12/4. No delivery, no package, no update for 8 days . I have been back and forth with retailer and LaserShip OnTrac website because of course you cannot call but if you get lucky you can chat or text. No communication from them til 12/12. I checked my tracking number by manually entering it on their home page to find them deeming my package "Undeliverable" and for me to contact seller with zero explanation. I hope the theft ring are enjoying the Christmas gifts I purchased for family and friends that sold out. I have reported them to the BBB and I suggest others do the same. I have also asked the retailer I purchased from not to use this suspect company going forward.
