Terrible service. I ordered something from Nordstrom Dec 2. LaserShip received it Dec 8 and it still has not been delivered (Dec 28). Not updates. Every day the site says it will be delivered that day (for over a week). I’m shocked that a company like Nordstrom who cares about customers would use a service like this.
I have not received the package or any response from their customer service (live chat or emails)
