I have had the unfortunate encounter of needing to use Lasership on two separate occasions for the things I purchase online. The first time, it was a jacket that took this company two separate tries to deliver but ultimately failed because for some reason, delivering to an address that can clearly be found on Google Maps had they actually read my address on the package, was impossible for them to do so. I had to return this jacket twice and order it again on the third time and have them drop it off at an UPS location 2 miles away for them to finally be able to deliver it. The second time, which I really hope is the last time I will deal with this company, is when they delivered to a town that had mismatching names and zip code as my address. For some reason, again, they could not read my address, which they clearly know about because on their tracking page, the destination is my address, but it was dropped off in a random place in a town an hour away. I do not know what is going on with this company and how one could be so horribly incompetent at the one job they promised to do right. This company should be shut down for good or investigated because there are far scarier horror stories out there.
