I am leaving one star only because there’s no option to leave. None! This is the worst carrier. They are stealing peoples packages around this time of the year and I’m fully convinced they have taken four different packages from me and keep telling me that they’re going to be delivering it, but there’s never any delivery made. I’ve contacted them via email text message. They do not have a phone number so there is no live human being to speak to or no option to even pick up the packages at a local Warehouse which I am more than willing to do. These were Christmas presents that I bought for my family, and now this crooked ass company has stolen all of my items this company should be shutdown!!😡😡😡
