This company’s OnTrac subsidiary is the WORST! Vitacost sent me an order which OnTrac delivered to the wrong address. I never got a notification to alert me that the package was delivered so I had no way of knowing to look for it. After waiting a couple of weeks I queried OnTrac about my order and tracking number and come to find out they posted a picture of my package at someone else’s doorstep. After communicating with OnTrac about it they said it took long for me to notify them and there's nothing they can do about it and basically I was out of luck. How pitiful is that? OnTrac is the worst shipping company EVER!!!
