I ordered some clothing off the Hollister websiite, and it said it was being shipped with LaserShip. Okay, no worries. I guess it'll just be a bit late. Wrong. It was very early... shipped to the wrong address. I had to walk across the street to pick up the package, but I spent hours on the phone with Hollister and LaserShip to figure out where it was, when I finally found the image on OnTrac of the location being incorrect. For one, never ordering online from Hollister, and two, when I see a package from LaserShip, I will always request it being sent back because I can't risk that happening again.
