Received tracking information with number but status never updated on OnTrac site. Contacted customer service which is a chat. Then received email on Monday stating The package is still moving through our network. As soon as it arrives in our delivery facility, it will be out for delivery on the next available route. Please check our website for the most updated tracking and delivery estimates. Still no updates on website. Received 2nd email on Wednesday Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance. Every order that I’ve placed that contains sneakers and is picked up by LaserShip never gets delivered. It has happened countless times and all I could do is get a refund. This company needs to be shut down. I will be filling a complaint.
