These are seriously a pain to get right. I'd rather spend my money on having a professional do it! Just a frustrating process. Also, the return services totally suck; they don't cover shipping (which was $13) and then charge you a $20 processing fee, and then don't even get your return processed for TWO weeks after they receive it! I am completely unimpressed. It would be one thing if the lashes were so-so, but the sucky customer service really is the part that made me give a one-star. They really need to have a better return policy or something. What a waste of money.
