1) a few of the lash strips delivered were broken when I removed them from their plastic form.
2) so much cardboard waste!!! I order the subscription so I receive 3 lash sets. The big box, the tissue paper and crinkly stuffing paper. It is really necessary? That's a lot for such small, light items. Even if it's recycled, majority goes into landfill. It's dissapointing.
Please make it your company's mission to be more earth friendly.
