I was excited to order lashes from lashify. I received great reviews from friends. When I got my own set I was highly disappointed. I followed the instructions thoroughly. First, the whisper lash bond arrived dried out and I had to get a courtesy replacement tube from the customer service department. Secondly, while removing the lashes with the melt away remover the lashes started to break apart. I take my time and remove them slowly but that has not seemed to help. I am one to take care of things and don't understand why both sets of lashes (i ordered the 12m & 14m) have fallen apart already. I've used them once. This was a waste of $200 and I am very disappointed. I will never purchase from lashify again.
