Not happy with the product for these reasons: 1. Lash lengths shown online are deceiving. I ordered 12/14 based on the picture and they were way too long...Was not able to get free replacement and it was a long wait time to get this resolved. Lashify settled with offering me $10 to replace. 2. The applicator on the Bondage glue is not the best. It is really difficult to dab the glue into the base of lashed, The glue ended up all of my natural lashed and on the tips and looked clumpy. The straight tip on rounded lash line doesn't work great. 3. I applied them last night and they are starting to come off. I am a makeup artist and am very capable of applying them correctly. 4. The kit should include remover. I was shocked that you don't package any remover. What if the client got it in their lower lash or anywhere else. Should not be sold separately.. 5. I spend over $125 and regret it.
