Duplicated order arrived after few days apart. This is an u known technology issue - however when reaching out to Lashify Concierge, they would not accommodate a return. Considering the 2 orders costed around AUD$300+ Lashify should have some flexibility. In a month timeframe, I ended up spending aporox $500. Decided to remove the subscription straight away. Nice products but greedy and disappointing customer service
