The product is great and I can't speak highly enough about how robust this lash system is. The three stars are more a testament to their app, which has many issues and their shipping and delivery. I have a subscription and each time it ships it takes a week or longer to arrive unless it has totally gotten lost. Lashify needs to up the returning customer perks and not treat everyone the same. They don't really appreciate their returning customers.
