Love the lashes and the products but my subscription has been screwed up since I started. This is the 2nd month that my subscription was charged, processed and the cancelled. I have spoke to the concierge by email and text with no resolution yet. I need lashes! I have been out for over a week. Was waiting for my subscription only to have it charged then cancelled. I was told it was Lashify error but no one did anything to fix it or get me my lashes sooner because of it. I went ahead an placed a separate order but we shall see if that goes though or not. I’m quite disappointed in the service, more than the product and that should be the variable, right?
