Beautiful lashes. Very delicate and wispy. For me, I would say Stardusts don’t necessarily need to be sized up from normal size like Starbursts if you have hooded eyes because the wispy ends will sometimes bend when they touch your hooded eyelids. Other than that, they are just like really wispy gorgeous Starbursts.
