Hi, I really like the concept of Lashify. I wish that the bondage brush had 2 sides. One to comb out my lashes and the other to apply bondage as it turns out it’s a very important step. I didn’t realise at the time because my lashes didn’t seem to need combing through but then I put the bondage in and it clumped and was impossible to un-clump. Also, I was a little annoyed that when I first ordered for pickup it said it would be processed in 1-2 days. I actually live walking distance to Lashify pickup location in Noho. But the system made a mistake and thought I ordered for delivery and wasted those days so then I ended up having to pay for overnight which was really expensive and annoying since I could have walked to the facility. I hope you have a store front soon or put some product in Nigel’s that’s also in Noho. But otherwise I love the concept and what you guys are doing.
