I like some of the products very much. The softer lashes in 12 and 14mm lengths, the Whisper Light Flex bond and Glass clear coat are all must-haves. However, the Melt Away adhesive remover didn't work at all and the Bondage adhesive was no stronger than the Whisper Light. I find the return policy to be extremely unreasonable - basically, you can't return anything, even unopened products. It's hard to tell, from the pictures, what the differences are between all the different lashes so you have to experiment a lot to find what you like. At $12 to $20 a pop, experimenting can be very expensive. I'm not experimenting anymore. I think Lashify would make more money if they offered some smaller packages at lower prices so people felt better about trying more lash types and if they allowed unopened packages to be returned.
