I really liked Lashify but I have sent numerous emails about my whisperlight tubes being sent to me completely dried out I have 3 THREE and ! Bondage. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that I have been ignored and I am considering cancelling my membership. If I don't receive replacements or a refund. There is a significant quality control issue with whisperlight But more importantly, customer service has ignored me and appears to be non-existent at this time. I am very, very disappointed, this situation could have been easily solved if someone told me where to send the tubes and I got replacements or a refund. I paid for them for goodness sake. I sent you the item numbers and not sure what else you want. Since I have nothing to use to apply my lashes, I am going to go back to extensions, at least I am not throwing my money away.
