I love Lashify so much! I’ve been using for over a year and have referred many people. My only issue was I was recently advised to delete my membership account and re-sign up so there wouldn’t be issues with the new system. Well I still got my regular membership package. I also re-ordered lashes using what I thought was my new membership account but I actually wasn’t signed up for it so I paid full price. It’s kind of confusing so I emailed the help line right away to explain but I didn’t get a response. It’s not a huge deal, it was probably my error and I know they were busy with technical issues anyway. Just wanted to give my feedback.
