I purchased a control kit and loved using the gossimers. I then subscribed and placed an order. I’m based in the UK. I was told my order has been delivered (4th Oct) but no delivery was made to my address. I notified concierge who told me that Lashify are not responsible for lost parcels! I was told I need to wait 5 days and make a claim through Route protection! I’m sorry this isn’t good enough. In the UK a merchant would send a replacement order and contact the courier. The failure of Fed Ex is not my issue. You have my money but I don’t have my order. I don’t trust your company. You advertise that Lashify is now delivered from UK but that’s a lie. I want my order or money back ASAP.
