I love love love the product but really dislike their customer service. When you inform them of issues on email, they are not helpful or offer no assistance. When you mention it on the socials, they appear helpful for others to see but offer no assistance and ignore you. I’ve reached out 3 times and got zero assistance. Lashes are beautiful but so are lilac st, and they have way better customer service and glue. What a bummer! I def liked lashify but lilac st is awesome and way cheaper so all pluses in my book! Lashify def lost a customer due to poor customer service.
